How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Arctic Glass UK is very straightforward. There are two primary ways to place an order with Arctic Glass UK. The first is by calling 01254 57 637. Have your measurements and requirements handy. The second is by ordering through our secure form on the site. All you need to do is build an accurately priced quote using easy-to-use online estimation system. You’ll need your name, address, phone number and Email address to save a quote or submit a quote for checking. When will I receive my order?

All our Windows and Doors are made to measure using the latest up to date leading Profiles. Delivery is normally within 10 - 14 working days from receipt of order and you will receive the following confirmations by Email: Confirmation 1 - An estimated delivery date based on the date of your order. Confirmation 2 - Confirmation that your goods have been manufactured and are ready for dispatch / collection. Confirmation 3 - Confirmation of the date your goods will be leaving our depot, and the date they will be delivered to your door. At all times you are fee to contact our Customer Services department to check on the progress of your order.
